Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE:

To supervise in process testing of the companys product in the production areas, as per the companys quality plan.
To maintain departmental quality record.
To supervise and ensure the quality of work from the operators is as specified in the appropriate standard operating procedures.

Authority & Responsibility:

Planning and assigning quality control duties to the staff.
Timely and accurate reporting on quality.
Calibration of the measuring instruments as per the schedule and monitoring the external agency for this function.
Reviewing test reports of final Product.
Reviewing of test reports of input and packing materials.
Review of all test reports & Submit to QA
Maintain records and reports relating to product testing.
Leading team support.
Coordinating training measures.
Preparation of master artwork for every input component.
To stop the production if any deviation occurs.
To reject RM/PM due to any Out of Specification.
