Executive Production and R&D - IVD

MAIN PURPOSE:

• Responsible for the manufacturing of raw materials components (uncut sheet and reagent). May includes some peoples of managements and reporting requirements.
• Responsible for the production of Rapid Diagnostic kits. Responsible to monitor and supervise following processes such as environmental conditions monitoring, Strip cutting, reagent preparation, lamination, cassette assembly, cassette poaching and pouch sealing etc.
• To Assist operation of an assigned area in terms of production quality, cost, Delivery, technically Safety, &HR, whilst reporting in the define goals responsible for the day to day Managements of peoples within production.

Authority & Responsibility:

• Ensuring a safe & efficient works place is maintained at all times.
• Achieve the required company quality standard ensuring both internal & external customer Satisfaction.
• Production planning and resource /skills allocation to ensure delivery of produce to schedules within all relevant quality specification.
• Planning for IVD production for products/kits/reagents.
• To Guide Production Executive IVD at all level of production stages.
• Planning for target achievements and arrangements for production.
• Checking of received raw materials, checking of received packing materials.
• Marinating and operation of various machine used in manufacturing activates.
• Requirements for labeling departments to prints labels for production.
• Man tanning of hygienic condition of production area &workers in production area.
• Collection of Qc Reports products for QC departments.
• Preparation of Sop, calibration records, maintain of log books, data sheets of work area.
• Preparation and filling BMR record and admittance of GDP & QMS in production area.
• Reporting to production Head for Daily Activity.
• Interprets Job order to workers and enforce safety requisition.
• Recommends resumes to improve production Methods, Equipments into performance, and quality of Products.
• To arrange manpower & Work scheduling during shift.
• To carry out new responsibilities as and when required by the Management.

  Monitor and maintain Company Absence Controls procedure to ensure maximums Attendance levels.
• Works provide products experts we within Team and reports Operations Queries.
• QMS requirements Delivery with lines with company & Customer Requirements.
• To Assist Operations IVD in R & D related work.
• To overall control & Manage EMS related activities in IVD area.
