QC Manager

As the Quality Control Manager at Inducare Pharmaceutical & Research Foundation in Jejuri, Pune, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality control operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and drive continuous improvement in processes. Your role will involve leadership and management of the QC team, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with various departments within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor the QC team to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Manage team performance, provide training and development opportunities, and conduct regular performance reviews. - Oversee all QC activities including testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to meet internal and external standards. - Develop, implement, and maintain QC protocols and procedures. - Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and other international regulatory requirements. - Drive initiatives to enhance QC processes, efficiency, and cost reduction. - Ensure accurate documentation of all QC activities and prepare reports on QC performance for senior management. - Collaborate with Production, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs departments to integrate QC processes seamlessly. **Qualifications and Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field; advanced degree preferred. - Minimum of 12 years of experience in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically with oral solid dosage forms. - At least 5 years of managerial experience with effective people management skills. - Extensive experience with regulatory audits and inspections. - Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, EMA, and other relevant regulations. - Proficiency in QC software and tools. **Skills and Competencies:** - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
