QC Engineer Structural Steel & PEB

Job Description

Qualification & Experience : BE Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical with similar experience in General Structures / PEB Structures / Offshore Structures / Roof & Façade / EPC Project and Miscellaneous Equipment Structures. Experience with Technical approvals & Management skills for complete process cycle of project. Required fluent in English also. Job Responsibilities : Ensure the latest code books ( AWS D1.1 / AWS D1.2 / AWS D1.6 ) available as per client requirement. Ensure controlled drawings are used at everywhere. Participating in Contract review to understand the scope Preparing Inspection and Test Plan. Project QA/QC Documentation preparation and submission. Preparing new welding procedures, welder qualifications. MTC review as per Work order & Drawings. Co-ordinating with Client for Materials Inspection and Testing at Lab if required. Conducting Stage Inspections with Client. Conducting Final Inspections with TPI / Client. Conducting Final Inspections with TPI / Client. Ensure all Non compliance reports are closed before job completion. Compiling QA/QC documents and prepare MRB. Records retaining as per ISO retention period. Office and On-site support of the Project. Synchronized coordination with design team / procurement team / site team & client Inspection of bolt installations prior to steel column erection. All type of inspection are witnessed in all stages of erection as per ITP, Approved drawing, codes & standards Job Requirements Steel background is a MUST AutoCad 2D - 3D Salary : Confidential Experience : 3 Yrs.
