QC Engineer (Construction)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Engineer (Civil) to ensure strict adherence to quality standards, specifications, and client requirements at our construction sites. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of QA/QC procedures, civil materials, and site testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor quality control procedures for civil works as per IS standards and project specifications.
• Conduct inspections for RCC, finishing, structural, and other civil activities.
• Check materials, workmanship, and test results for compliance.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation such as checklists, reports, and test records.
• Coordinate with the site team, consultants, and clients for inspections and approvals.
• Verify mix designs, cube test results, and material testing from laboratories.
• Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Support billing and project teams with measurement verification and documentation.
• Conduct quality audits and prepare regular quality performance reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in civil construction QA/QC (preferably industrial/commercial projects)
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of IS codes, mix design, and testing procedures
• Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and report preparation
• Familiar with RMC testing, NDT, and material approval processes
• Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and site-level record maintenance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
