QC Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and maintain QC test reports, batch analysis records, COAs (Certificates of Analysis), and inspection logs.

• Ensure timely documentation of all laboratory testing activities (raw materials, in-process, and finished products).

• Maintain and update SOPs, Work Instructions, and Specifications related to quality control.

• Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of all QC documents (manual and electronic).

• Maintain and verify instrument calibration and validation records.

• Coordinate with the QA department for document issuance, control, and change management.

• Prepare and compile quality data for internal and external audits.

• Ensure all records comply with ISO, KOSHER , or HALAL and customer audit requirements.

• Assist QC chemists and analysts in proper documentation of lab results.

• Support audit readiness and participate in customer or regulatory inspections.

• Ensure traceability and integrity of analytical data and records.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

• 2 +years of experience in QC or documentation in a chemical, dyes, pigments, or food colour manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

• Familiarity with MSDD (material safety data sheep), ISO, KOSHER , or HALAL systems preferred.

• Experience with ERP Software, or electronic documentation systems is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
