Job Description

Position Title:

Role Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily inspections of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works.
Prepare ITPs, MTPs, checklists, NCRs, and inspection reports.
Verify materials and workmanship as per project specifications.
Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with contractors to resolve site quality issues.
Maintain NCR logs, quality reports, and audit documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

Expertise in Mivan shuttering and conventional construction.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and IS codes.
Proficient in report preparation and NCR management.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Qualifications:

E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
5-8 years of QA/QC experience in residential or commercial projects.
ISO/QMS knowledge preferred.
