Role & responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities QMS Development & Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and records, ensuring they align with relevant standards and organizational objectives. Document Control: Manage the entire document lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, revision control, distribution, and archiving of all QMS documentation. Internal Auditing: Plan and execute a systematic internal audit program to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and compliance with established procedures. Non-Conformance & CAPA: Identify areas of non-compliance and potential risks, document audit findings clearly, and work with relevant teams to implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). External Audit Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors and assist in the management of third-party certification and surveillance audits. Training & Awareness: Conduct training sessions for employees on QMS policies, procedures, and quality standards to promote a quality-centric culture. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze quality data, prepare detailed audit reports, and present findings and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management for review. Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing audit results and process data to recommend enhancements to operational efficiency and product/service quality Preferred candidate profile Education: A Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related technical field is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality auditing function within a relevant industry. Proven experience with QMS implementation and management in accordance with standards like ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485.
