Key Responsibilities:

Conduct periodic review of the CF portfolio
Prepare and publish monitoring reports for management review with adherence to timelines
Project monitoring comprising of construction stage progress, cashflow projections, escrow & collections, etc.
Monitoring of Early Warning Signals (EWS) as per RBI guidelines
Monitoring of PDDs and sanction conditions
Perform market checks and assess micro-market sentiments involving track movement of sales prices v/s competing projects in the vicinity
Risk & Legal Monitoring comprising of periodic check for litigations on borrower/project in coordination with Legal
Periodic review of borrowers CIBIL, ROC filings, and other compliance records
Financial Review comprising of analysing Cash Flow Statements, Balance Sheets, and P&L accounts of borrower and corporate guarantor

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of construction finance and real estate project monitoring
Familiarity with RBI guidelines on EWS
Expertise in financial analysis (Project Cashflows, Balance Sheet, P&L, etc.)
Understanding of escrow mechanisms and collection efficiency
Ability to identify early stress signals in real estate projects
Excellent reporting and documentation skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Qualification & Experience:

CA/MBA/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
Experience in construction finance monitoring/real estate lending preferred.
5 - 10 years of relevant work experience with Banks/NBFCs.
