Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a QA/QC Head in the Plastic Processing/ Electrical Cable Industry located in Mumbai. The QA/QC Head will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, conducting inspections, establishing quality standards, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibility : Implement, monitor, and improve Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes Maintain and audit compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory frameworks Lead and support Internal & External Audits Oversee documentation and ensure adherence to quality management systems (QMS) Collaborate with production and R&D teams for process improvements Identify root causes of quality issues and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) Qualification : Proven experience in QA/QC within plastic processing , cable manufacturing , or a similar field Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards Exposure to internal and third-party audit procedures Analytical mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement Excellent communication and reporting skills Show more Show less
