QM/ QC Head

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QA/QC Head in the Plastic Processing/ Electrical Cable Industry located in Mumbai. The QA/QC Head will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, conducting inspections, establishing quality standards, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibility :

• Implement, monitor, and improve

  Quality Assurance and Quality Control

  processes
• Maintain and audit compliance with

  ISO standards and other regulatory frameworks

• Lead and support

  Internal & External Audits

• Oversee documentation and ensure adherence to

  quality management systems (QMS)

• Collaborate with production and R&D teams for

  process improvements

• Identify root causes of quality issues and drive

  corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)

Qualification:

• Proven experience in QA/QC within

  plastic processing

  ,

  cable manufacturing

  , or a similar field
• Strong knowledge of

  ISO 9001

  or other relevant quality standards
• Exposure to internal and third-party

  audit procedures

• Analytical mindset with a commitment to

  continuous improvement

• Excellent communication and reporting skills
