QA/QC Engineer

1. Maintaining all the QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, materials delivered, and other important QC documents.

2. Review the quality of all materials that are under production (either in the factory or at job-work) and ensure compliance with all project specifications.

3. Collaborate with Production & Design department to understand all work orders & how to use the QC Checklists and ensure that all products are produced adhering to the standards

4. Understand from Purchase, Production & Projects department about the required materials and check the quality of purchased / outsourced materials.

5. Maintain a record of all the Project documentation where the hard copy and soft copy of all project files are present, like PICs, MOMs of KOM, Signed off Structural Calculations, Approved Drawings, MTOs etc

6. Ensure that all semi-finished and finished goods at factory and sites are stored in a proper way, free from risk of any kinds of damage.

7. Ensure the regular maintenance of all machinery and equipment (whether at site or factory) are followed and also co-ordinate and ensure that all repair and maintenance work is carried out in a proper way.

8. Assist the Projects Department in the preparation of Method Statement, and co-ordinate with the Clients for Method Statement Approval & take action on comments if any, until it’s approved.

9. Coordinate on quality matters with Project team, conduct regular inspection at site to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to good industry practice Regularly train the site and factory workmen (along with the Supervisor) on the required quality standards and inform them where mistakes are being made and how they can improve them Monitor the maintenance of all company property and immediately escalate any issues by email to HRA & Production department. Follow up, and involve until the issue is completely resolved.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
