Job Title: QC Engineer Location: Vasai, Thane, Maharashtra Job Responsibilities: Conduct in-process and final inspections of stainless steel fabricated components such as tanks, heat exchangers and other components. Verify welding quality, dimensional accuracy, and finishing as per project requirements. Review material test certificates and ensure compliance with specifications. Supervise NDT methods (DPT and RT) as required. Monitor welding procedures (WPS, PQR) and welder qualifications. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and dossiers. Coordinate with clients and third-party inspection agencies for approvals. Supervise hydrostatic, pneumatic, and leak testing of tanks. Raise NCRs for non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions. Support continuous improvement in quality processes and standards. Requirements: Bachelors / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in fabrication of stainless steel tanks, pressure vessels, or process equipment .
