1) Quality inspection of incoming materials, In-process items and final goods.
2) Inspect according to Quality assurance/control plans and inspection procedures.
3) Prepare and maintain all routine inspection reports.
4) Maintain monitoring instrument calibration records and Welding / Welding operator’s qualification records.
5) Welding and piping inspection.
6) Assist Senior Engineers in doing FAT and record keeping.
7) Technical documentation of project.
8) Quality management system documents preparation and implementation.
9) Review customer complaints and ensure implementation of CAPA.
10) Multiple hands of experience in fabrication production and quality.
