About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated QA/QC Manager to join our manufacturing team at UNIQUE INDUSTRIES. This is an excellent opportunity for quality professionals to contribute to our production excellence and ensure the highest standards in our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for manufacturing operations Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards Manage quality documentation, reports, and maintain ISO certification requirements Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions Train and supervise quality control staff and production teams on quality procedures Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality concerns Monitor product specifications and ensure adherence to customer requirements Maintain quality metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review Required Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Quality or related field Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Basic English communication skills Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities Knowledge of quality management systems and inspection techniques Proficiency in MS Office applications Walk-in Interview Details: Candidates can walk in for interviews between November 30, 2025 to December 14, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM at the above address.
