Job Description

1)     Handling Quality Analyst part of the whole branch 2)     Monitoring and Listening call records and identify the loopholes, good calls, and bad calls. 3)     Identify and remedy defects within the calling process 4)     Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved 5)     Compile and analyse call statistical data 6)     Draft quality assurance policies and procedures 7)     Investigate customer complaints and service issues 8)     Handling the customer complaints, resolving the issues smoothly & effectively. 9)     Ensure that RM provides quality service in line with organizational objectives. 10)  Optimized quality assurance will increase RM efficiency through behaviour modification, enhance the quality of service to customers and improve close rates. 11)  Make Weekly report based on evaluation 12)  Checking of mobile phones and WhatsApp on regular basis with HR in loop. 13)  Working under the guidelines of the firm in ethical & dedicated manner. 14)  Strictly adhere to the guidelines of regulatory authorities & firm. 15)  Creating and conducting training to enhance quality for existing Employees and TL bases on their performance to get desired outcome. 16)  Offering counselling services to employees randomly 17)  Cross check FT call recording of particular RM. 18)  Collating and analysing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising strategy to generate outcomes that are more positive. 19)  Creates and implements company quality standards. 20)  Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing procedures. 21)  Train and motivates employees to meet quality standards 22)  Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing to information analysis. 23)  Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses and monitoring procedures. 24)  Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes. 25)  Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, and compliance audits. 26)  Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends. 27)  Rational update checking on RM phone client wise. 28)  KYC 29)  QUANTITY SUGGESTION. 30)  DMAT
