पद का नाम: QC एग्जीक्यूटिव 📍स्थान: [जगतपुरा, जयपुर] वेतन: ₹10,000 - 15,000 प्रति माह अनुभव: कम से कम 1 साल क्वालिटी कंट्रोल / मैन्युफैक्चरिंग में जॉब ओवरव्यू:हम एक QC एग्जीक्यूटिव की तलाश में हैं जो यह सुनिश्चित करे कि हमारे सभी प्रोडक्ट्स कंपनी के क्वालिटी स्टैंडर्ड्स के अनुसार हों। उम्मीदवार को क्वालिटी चेकिंग, डॉक्यूमेंटेशन और प्रोडक्ट क्वालिटी बनाए रखने का अनुभव होना चाहिए। मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ: ✅ कच्चे माल, प्रोडक्शन में बने आइटम और तैयार प्रोडक्ट्स की जांच और टेस्ट करना। ✅ सभी निरीक्षणों, टेस्ट रिजल्ट्स और क्वालिटी रिपोर्ट्स का रिकॉर्ड रखना। ✅ किसी भी डिफेक्ट या गलती को पहचानना और प्रोडक्शन टीम के साथ सुधार करना। ✅ मैन्युफैक्चरिंग प्रक्रिया में सभी क्वालिटी और सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना। ✅ प्रोडक्ट क्वालिटी बेहतर बनाने के सुझाव देना। ✅ रोज़ाना QC गतिविधियों की रिपोर्ट तैयार कर प्रबंधन को अपडेट देना। जरूरी योग्यताएँ: ✔ क्वालिटी कंट्रोल या मैन्युफैक्चरिंग में कम से कम 1 साल का अनुभव। ✔ क्वालिटी इंस्पेक्शन और माप उपकरणों का बेसिक ज्ञान। ✔ ISO स्टैंडर्ड्स और डॉक्यूमेंटेशन की समझ (वांछनीय)। ✔ ध्यानपूर्वक काम करने और सही रिपोर्टिंग की क्षमता। ✔ अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन और टीमवर्क स्किल्स। वांछित योग्यता:🎓 मैकेनिकल, इंडस्ट्रियल या प्रोडक्शन इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा या बैचलर डिग्री (जरूरी नहीं, पर अच्छा रहेगा)। 🔹 अगर आपके पास क्वालिटी कंट्रोल का अनुभव है और आप तेजी से बढ़ते मैन्युफैक्चरिंग माहौल में काम करना चाहते हैं, तो अभी आवेदन करें! The ideal candidate should have experience in quality checking, documentation, and maintaining product quality as per set parameters. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Inspect and test raw materials, in-process items, and finished products as per quality standards. ✅ Maintain proper records of inspections, test results, and quality reports. ✅ Identify defects or deviations and coordinate with the production team for corrective action. ✅ Ensure that all quality procedures and safety norms are followed during the manufacturing process. ✅ Support continuous improvement by suggesting ways to enhance product quality. ✅ Report daily QC activities and share updates with the management. Key Requirements:✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control or Manufacturing. ✔ Basic knowledge of quality inspection methods and measuring instruments. ✔ Understanding of ISO standards and documentation (preferred). ✔ Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting. ✔ Good communication and teamwork skills.
