QA / QC Executive

Job Description

1) To Test raw material and finished, semifinsihed product in consideration of priority decided by QA. Manager and report to QA. Manager 2) Maintain record of test result. 3) To inform QA Manager if any problem appears testing. 4) In case abnormal results to draw fresh sample and compare the analysis with standard sample. 5) To calibrate the instrument periodically and keep record on calibration chart. 6) To preserve control sample and record. 7) To monitor quality for three units. 8) To prepare and maintain ISO related documents. 9) To monitor product related projects. 10) Quality control process through ERP. 11) To assist in analysing the material in process. 12) Organize & keep all the files, papers and documents in a neat and systematic manner all the time
