Job Description Conduct regular inspections of incoming materials, in-process goods, and finished products. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, testing records, and other quality documentation. Identify defects, non-conformities, and deviations from quality standards and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Collaborate with the production, purchase, and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues. Ensure compliance with company quality policies and ISO or other relevant certifications. Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and inspection checklists. Conduct random quality audits at suppliers’ locations (if applicable). Maintain product testing equipment and ensure calibration is up to date. Work closely with the design and R&D teams to provide feedback for continuous product improvement. Train production staff and operators on quality awareness and best practices. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field.
