Job Description

1.    Plan, organize, direct, manage, and evaluate the purchasing activities and budget of an organization 2.    Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies 3.    Decide what goods, services and equipment are needed. 4.    Monitoring and forecasting stock levels. 5.    Researching and identifying new products and suppliers. 6.    Assessing quotations from potential suppliers. 7.    Negotiating prices and agreeing contracts. 8.    Ensure that suppliers deliver on time. 9.    Processing payments and invoices. 10. Keeping up with market trends. 11. Purchase safety related items and consumables. 12. Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand. 13. Plan and negotiate for AMC’s (AC, Generator, Biometric machine etc.) 14. Contribute to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and goals. 15. Comply with all department and company policies, procedures and regulations. 16. Be well organized and pay close attention to details. 17. Meet expectations for attendance and punctuality. 18. Perform additional tasks as and when assigned by the Office-HRD. 19. Organize & keep all the files, papers and documents in a neat and Systematic manner all the time. Ensure the maintenance of all records regarding Instruments
