Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Quantity Surveyor (MEP QS) based in Chennai. The MEP QS will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, assessing material quantities, evaluating project expenses, managing procurement processes, contract management, and preparing reports. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and within budget. Qualifications Proficiency in MEP quantity surveying, cost estimation, and budget preparation Knowledge of HVAC systems, ventilation, and other related technical aspects Strong skills in documentation, report preparation, and contract management Good understanding of procurement processes and vendor management Attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate effectively with teams Prior experience in the HVAC or construction industry is an advantage Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
