Job Description

We are looking for a Purchase & Store Executive (MEP – Fresher) who can support the purchase, receipt, storage, and issue of MEP materials for projects. The candidate should be willing to learn procurement processes and handle store operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Purchase Activities

• Assist in raising Purchase Requisitions (PR) as per site requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations
• Support comparison of rates, specifications, and delivery timelines
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials
• Maintain basic purchase records and documentation

Store & Inventory Management

• Receive materials and verify quantity, quality, and specifications
• Maintain stock registers / inventory records
• Issue materials to site teams against proper authorization
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of MEP materials
• Monitor stock levels and inform for reordering
• Maintain material inward & outward records

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with site engineers, project team, and accounts
• Prepare daily/weekly stock reports
• Support audits and physical stock verification
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety norms

Skills & Requirements

• Basic understanding of MEP materials (pipes, fittings, cables, panels, valves, etc.)
• Knowledge of MS Excel & basic computer operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work at project sites
• Honest, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle store and purchase responsibilities independently (with guidance)

Preferred Attributes

• Exposure to construction / MEP projects (internship or training)
• Local candidate preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary

As per industry standards / Based on interview

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
