QA MANAGER

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems, including ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and CGMP. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing processes and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Duties

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as FDA guidelines and HACCP principles.
• Oversee quality control processes, including quality inspection and testing of products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Manage the documentation of quality management systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Lead root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and procedures to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
• Prepare reports on quality metrics for management review, highlighting areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Management, or Life Sciences.
• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience conducting quality audits and managing quality control processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from conception through execution.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
