What are we looking for? We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Manager to join our team at our Bangalore, India office. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of quality assurance practices, leadership abilities, and a passion for ensuring the highest standards in product development. Main tasks: Develop, implement, and maintain the quality control policies and procedures necessary to ensure the delivery of our products meeting quality standards within established timelines, ensuring all information is communicated and understood by the QA team. Plan QA activities and projects by defining the schedule and resources needed to meet objectives. Oversee Testing processes, ensuring they are carried out according to best QA practices. Continuously evaluate QA tools and methods to maintain efficiency and effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and implement the best and most innovative testing techniques and tools to accelerate release times. Identify and analyze issues in QA processes and potential impacts of new developments on systems and environments before product release to implement corrective and preventive actions, ensuring these are documented and shared with the team. Drive the development, training, and skills of team members by providing regular feedback on their progress and project status. Technology Stack: Atlassian Suite (Confluence, JIRA) GIT MySQL or SQLServer Databases Linux and Windows OS What do you need Degree in Computer Engineering or similar. Certified training in Software Testing (SSTQB, ISTQB, or similar). Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles. Advanced knowledge of Linux and Windows OS and MySQL or SQLServer databases. Advanced knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and GIT. Programming knowledge in C++. Experience with agile methodologies. Advanced English level. Leadership and management skills, strategic thinking, decision-making, and motivation. What adds extra points Experience with test automation tools, load testing, and regression testing. Knowledge of cybersecurity. Interest or prior experience in the gaming industry.
