Opportunity
We are looking for a QA Lead who will take complete ownership of product quality and build a world-class quality engineering culture. This role goes beyond testing — it involves defining the quality strategy, setting standards, influencing engineering practices, and ensuring our releases are consistently stable, predictable, and fast. This is a high-impact role where you will play a key part in shaping how quality is built, measured, and delivered across the product.
What you will be working on?
Strategic (50%)
- Create and own the Quality Engineering roadmap.
- Define KPIs tied to business outcomes (bug leakage, regression hours, flakiness, TTV).
- Establish shift-left practices and quality gates.
- Lead RCA culture and prevent repeated incidents.
- Influence dev teams to adopt unit + integration test ownership.
Execution (50%)
- Own release sign-offs end to end.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks.
- Diagnose flaky tests and improve stability.
- Debug backend/API issues with engineering.
- Reduce manual regression time through automation ROI.
- Mentor and uplift existing QA team competence.
