QA Lead

Job Title: QA Lead – Salesforce (Manual & Automation Testing) Location: Indore (Remote ) Timimgs : 3pm to 12pm IST Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Lead with strong experience in Salesforce testing to lead a team of QA/SDET engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies, ensuring all internal testing is executed, documented, and signed off. This includes domain , integration , and end-to-end/system testing across Salesforce implementations. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of QA/SDET engineers across multiple projects Define and implement test strategies , test plans , and execution cycles Manage all test documentation and reporting using qTest or similar tools Ensure full coverage and traceability for manual and automated test cases Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to align testing with requirements Perform hands-on Salesforce manual and automation testing across modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and others Ensure quality across integration points , third-party systems, and APIs Own end-to-end test cycles including UAT and production validations Drive continuous improvements in testing processes and quality assurance practices Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Salesforce testing (manual and automation) Proven leadership experience in managing QA/SDET teams Strong understanding of Salesforce domains , flows, and integrations Proficiency in test management tools (preferably qTest, Jira, etc.) Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI, etc.) Good knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting (Selenium, TestNG, or similar) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments Excellent documentation and communication skills Nice to Have Salesforce QA certifications (like Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder) CI/CD experience for automation pipelines Knowledge of performance and load testing tools Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Lead a team of QA/SDET engineers across multiple projects ?
