Job Description

We are seeking a Data Verification & QA Executive to validate and audit ERP data entered by the operations team. This role ensures system accuracy and reliability before reports reach management and clients.

Responsibilities

Verify ERP entries against source data (Excel, invoices, logs)
Identify mismatches, duplicates, missing fields
Maintain audit and correction logs
Coordinate with data entry team for rectifications
Support management reporting accuracy

Skills & Requirements

Strong attention to detail
Experience in data validation or operations audit
Basic Excel proficiency
Logical thinking and accountability
