About the Role Siddaganga Travels a leading name in premium charter and fleet management services, is looking for an Operations & Booking Executive to coordinate daily bookings, communicate with customers, manage drivers, and ensure smooth trip execution using our in-house ERP system. Key Responsibilities Customer Communication: Handle customer calls, messages, and inquiries for vehicle bookings. Provide quotations, confirm bookings, and share vehicle details. Maintain professional communication throughout the booking process. Driver Coordination: Assign duties and update drivers on trip schedules and reporting locations. Ensure drivers receive vehicle and client details promptly. Track trip status and handle any on-route updates or issues. ERP & Reporting: Record all bookings, driver allocations, and trip details in the company ERP. Update status of vehicles, trips, and payments accurately.
