Job Description

Location: Bangalore, IBC Knowledge Park, SG Palya

LH2Holdings is an AI Operating System to scale digital content brands and creators. We buy or partner with great digital content brands (web platforms, YouTube channels, apps, podcasts, newsletters, etc) and scale them. LH2 is being built by second-time founders, who have scaled tech platforms with hundreds of millions of users in their previous ventures. Our vision is to enable digital creators to scale as easily as large conglomerates do.

Role Overview:

You will develop, execute, and maintain test cases and plans based on business requirements. The focus is on both manual and automation testing methods to ensure robust, scalable, and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases based on functional and business requirements primarily in AI & ML applications.
Create and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
Log and track bugs using tools such as Jira; ensure clear documentation of defects and resolutions.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and improve test coverage.
Monitor application performance and handle edge cases, bug inconsistencies, and critical scenarios.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and help replicate customer-reported issues.
Maintain high testing standards and ensure the product meets customer and business goals.
Continuously update and improve existing test plans, processes, and scripts to maximize coverage and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1 year experience in QA roles, ideally in startups/environments.
Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG) and manual testing.
Familiarity with bug-tracking and CI/CD tools (Jira, Git, Jenkins).
Programming skills (Java, Python, or JavaScript) for building automated scripts.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred

Experience testing mobile and web platforms.
Knowledge of API and database testing (SQL).
Understanding of Agile development practices.
Relevant certifications (ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
