QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning and Execution:Creating and implementing test strategies, writing test cases, and executing tests (manual and automated).
• Bug Detection and Reporting:Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects, ensuring clear communication of issues to the development team.
• Collaboration and Communication:Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve issues, and improve the product.
• Process Improvement:Contributing to the enhancement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Software Quality Assurance:Ensuring software meets user requirements and business needs through rigorous testing and validation.
• Test Automation:Developing and maintaining automated test scripts to streamline the testing process and ensure continuous testing.

Skills and Experience:

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Agile/Scrum Experience: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Specific Testing Types: Experience with functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Test Automation Experience: Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks is often required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,272,714.80 per year
