QA Engineer

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team at Skyking. As a QA Engineer, your main responsibilities will include developing and executing exploratory and automated tests to ensure the quality of our products. You will be in charge of designing and implementing tests, debugging issues, and defining corrective actions. Additionally, you will review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. The QA Engineer plays a crucial role in our product development process, ensuring that software runs smoothly and meets client needs cost-effectively. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering and a passion for providing end-to-end solutions to software quality problems. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy monitoring all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions, we would like to meet you. Requirements for this position include proven work experience in software development, at least 2 years of experience in software testing, strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, experience in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases, hands-on experience with white box and black box testing, familiarity with automated testing tools, experience in an agile/scrum development process, and ideally experience with performance and/or security testing. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, and a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
