QA Engineer

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer at Skyking, your role will involve developing and executing exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. You will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging, defining corrective actions, reviewing system requirements, and tracking quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement tests to ensure product quality - Debug issues and define corrective actions - Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics - Conduct tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs - Provide end-to-end solutions to software quality problems - Monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience in software development - At least 2 years of work experience in software testing - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes - Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases - Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing - Hands-on experience with automated testing tools - Experience working in an agile/scrum development process - Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus - Excellent oral and written communication skills - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject Skyking, a 40-year-old courier and cargo service provider with a pan-India presence, is expanding its operations in the Indian market.
