QA Engineer

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products through exploratory and automated testing. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing tests, debugging issues, and defining corrective actions. You will review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics to maintain product quality throughout the development process. Key Responsibilities: - Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback. - Create detailed test plans and test cases. - Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities. - Design, develop, and execute automation scripts. - Identify, document, and track bugs. - Conduct thorough regression testing. - Develop testing processes for new and existing products. - Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements. - Monitor debugging process and investigate non-conforming software. - Stay updated with new testing tools and strategies. Qualification Required: - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject. - Proven work experience in software development and quality assurance. - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Experience in writing clear test plans and test cases. - Hands-on experience with white box and black box testing. - Familiarity with automated testing tools, SQL, and scripting. - Experience in Agile/Scrum development process. - Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
