Position Description:
We are looking for a passionate QA Engineer I with strong manual testing skills and basic exposure to automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing mobile applications and familiarity with QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

What We’re Looking For:

Entrees (Requirements):

• 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong manual testing expertise, especially in mobile app testing (iOS/Android).
• Working knowledge of QA tools: Jira, Zephyr (or similar).
• Familiarity with automation basics using Selenium WebDriver and Appium.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), STLC, and agile methodologies.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

With a side of (Additional Skills):

• Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST APIs).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• ISTQB or similar QA certification.

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure quality, usability, and performance.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios using Jira, Zephyr, or similar tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA peers to identify, log, and track defects.
• Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
• Gain exposure to automation by writing and maintaining basic test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Appium.
• Document software defects clearly and concisely.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings as part of the Agile process.

• Interview #2: Video interview with the Technical Teams (via MS Teams/F2F)
• Interview #3: Video interview with the Hiring Manager (via MS Teams/F2F)
