Activities include long-term strategic planning; determining the policies of the organization; allocating its resources and making decisions regarding organization growth and diversification to accomplish the organizations vision.Project Management is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
