About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with a strong background in software testing and quality processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual and automation testing, with the ability to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and define testing strategies.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA/Software Testing in an IT company.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress).
• Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured).
• Good understanding of databases and writing SQL queries.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Education

• BE/BTech in Engineering (Preferred: Mechanical or Civil Engineering background).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
