• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for ETL workflows.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation between UI and databases using basic SQL queries.
• Conduct various testing types including completeness, accuracy, transformation, quality, duplicates, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to identify defects and ensure timely resolutions.
• Track, document, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure QA best practices and standards are followed across the project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of ETL workflows and data testing methodologies.
• Ability to design and execute test cases with SQL-based data validation.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with defect management tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum-based delivery models.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to automation frameworks and scripting for ETL or UI testing.
• Knowledge of data visualization/BI tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
