Sr. Engineer (AI + Cloud Systems, Hands-On)

Dentistry Automation is expanding our engineering team as we move into AI-powered RCM automation (eligibility verification, claims, payment posting). We already have strong architecture leadership in place, and now we’re bringing on a Sr. Engineer to partner with our architect and developers and accelerate delivery of next-generation AI workflows.

This role is highly hands-on — you’ll be coding daily, optimizing Azure, and building agentic AI workflows. You’ll be central to improving our API performance, RCM human workflow automarion and driving AI adoption across our platform to cobtinuwbto exoand solrion with current dev team.

This is a 100% hands on development work. This is not an architect or manager role. You are expected to code all of your time. Do not apply if you are looking for Team Lead or Architect role without coding.

Key Responsibilities

• AI & Workflow Development

• Architect and code agentic workflows for eligibility verification and claims.

• Build AI agents using LLM frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).

• Cloud & Infra Optimization

• Take ownership of Azure infrastructure, cost optimization, and performance.

• Target meaningful reductions in Azure spend while scaling usage and automating all aspects of our product.

• Product Architecture & Coding

• Deliver APIs and data pipelines (Python, PySpark, REST).

• Improve API sync SLA (from 2–4 days to <2 hours).

• Reliability & Automation

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated regression testing.

• Strengthen scraper and ingestion pipelines to 90%+ success rates.

• Collaboration

• Work alongside current architect to accelerate execution.

• Mentor 3–4 devs, set coding best practices, enforce quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of hands-on coding in Agentic AI dev work, .NET stack, Docker, Python, PySpark, distributed systems.

• Strong expertise with Azure (Databricks, Functions, Storage, Cost Optimization).

• Proven experience building AI/LLM-driven applications in production.

• Track record of improving API reliability and scaling infra.

• Strong leadership and mentoring ability in small distributed teams.

• API sync SLA improved to <2 hours.

• Azure infra cost reduced by 20–30%.

• Agentic eligibility verification agent MVP shipped to pilot customers.

• Automated tests covering majority of workflows.
