QA Engineer

About The Opportunity

• Design, author and execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans, test cases, and regression suites for web, mobile and backend services.
• Develop and maintain automation test suites using Selenium WebDriver and TestNG (Java/Python ecosystems); increase test coverage and reduce flaky tests.
• Validate RESTful APIs using Postman and automated API test frameworks; author SQL queries to verify data integrity and backend workflows.
• Log, triage and manage defects in JIRA; collaborate with developers to reproduce issues, verify fixes and close tickets.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, run nightly and pre-release regression suites, and produce clear release-quality reports and metrics.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to QA strategy and process improvements, and mentor junior QA engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven hands-on experience in software QA with both automation and manual testing; strong exposure to Agile development practices.
• This is an on-site role in India — ability to work from the office full-time is required.
