Role Overview

QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  test plans, cases, and scripts

  for the AI platform and agent workflows.
• Perform

  functional, regression, integration, and performance testing

  for web and API modules.
• Build and maintain

  automated test frameworks

  for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
• Collaborate with developers and AI teams to identify test scenarios for new features and enhancements.
• Conduct

  data validation

  and ensure AI agent accuracy across input/output datasets.
• Track, log, and manage defects using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Assist in creating

  test data and mocks

  for various AI and automation workflows.
• Ensure that all AI agents meet defined

  quality, performance, and reliability standards

  before release.
• Provide QA sign-off for production deployment and post-release verification.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 - 8 years

  of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Hands-on experience in

  automation tools

  such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright.
• Experience with

  API testing tools

  (Postman, REST Assured) and

  performance testing tools

  (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with

  Python or Java-based test frameworks

  (PyTest, TestNG).
• Experience in

  CI/CD environments

  (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent).
• Understanding of

  AI/ML or RPA systems

  and testing AI-driven workflows (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing

  SaaS, automation, or AI platforms.

• Exposure to

  cloud-based environments

  (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Working knowledge of

  data-driven or behavior-driven testing

  methodologies.
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
