QA Automation Tester

Responsibilities Responsible for designing and developing automation scripts and tools to streamline repetitive tasks, reduce manual intervention, and improve site reliability and operational efficiency. Responsible for automating site monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to enhance system reliability. Responsible for sending reports and analyzing automation results, and providing actionable insights for system improvements. Responsible for building custom tools and utilities to address specific SRE challenges. Responsible for collaborating with the SRE/DevOps/Support team to improve incident response times and reduce system downtime. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. 4+ years of automation and testing experience. Knowledge of Python/Perl Scripting or any scripting language. Good Knowledge in monitoring and observability tools such as OpenSearch, Kibana (ELK Stack), Prometheus, Grafana, and Dynatrace. Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions in automation. Experience in designing test strategy, writing automation scripts to test REST API and UI. Excellent coding skills in C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to work as a team to meet the team and individual goals on time.
