*Key Responsibilities

* ● Lead and manage a team of QA engineers/testers ● Develop and implement QA methodologies, processes, and best practices ● Create comprehensive test plans and test cases ● Identify, document, track, and facilitate the resolution of defects ● Perform risk assessment and quality gate reviews ● Collaborate with development, product management, and other stakeholders ● Establish quality metrics and KPIs to track testing effectiveness ● Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks ● Conduct regular status meetings and prepare reports for management

*Required Qualifications

* ● 5+ years of experience developing and implementing QA methodologies, processes, and best practices ● Experience leading and managing a team of QA engineers/testers ● Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and software development life cycle ● Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems ● Proficiency in test automation frameworks and scripting ● Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills ● Strong communication and team management abilities
