What You Will Be Doing Design and deploy AI-driven test automation frameworks to optimize test coverage and streamline efficiencies. Leverage GenAI to interpret testing outcomes, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable insights for ongoing optimization. Utilize GenAI to mimic user scenarios, create stress conditions, and explore edge cases to preemptively identify potential issues. What You Won’t Be Doing Engaging in repetitive, manual test case writing and maintenance. Waiting for tickets to address QA tasks at the end of the development process. Validating work without influencing the overall quality strategy and release decisions. QA Automation Engineer Key Responsibilities Deliver seamless, high-quality releases by spearheading AI-driven QA automation and quality audits to uphold release standards. Basic Requirements Minimum of 2 years in QA engineering with direct experience in test automation frameworks. Proven experience with GenAI tools in development or QA processes. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
