QA Automation Engineer (Selenium + Java, ETL)

Selenium WebDriver, Java, and ETL testing

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using

  Selenium WebDriver with Java

  .
• Perform

  ETL testing

  to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Write and execute

  SQL queries

  to validate data at the source, staging, and target systems.
• Perform

  UI testing

  to ensure functional correctness of web applications.
• Validate that data displayed in UI matches the underlying database (end-to-end).
• Identify, analyze, and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to test frameworks and reusable components for automation.
• Ensure test coverage, traceability, and adherence to QA standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–6 years of experience in

  QA Automation Testing

  .
• Strong experience in

  Selenium WebDriver with Java

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  ETL/Data Warehouse testing

  .
• Proficiency in

  SQL queries

  for data validation.
• Experience in

  TestNG / JUnit

  frameworks.
• Good understanding of

  SDLC, STLC, and Defect Lifecycle

  .
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.)

  .
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
