QA Automation Engineer
at CCTech, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality. This includes developing, executing, and analyzing automation tests, preparing test plans, executing manual tests, and collaborating across teams to maintain product excellence. You will also contribute to improving automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and QA best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and analyze API and UI test automations
- Prepare and execute test plans for new features and releases
- Design, code, test, debug, and document automated test components
- Drive and participate in code reviews and documentation reviews
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and provide technical support where needed
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to enhance quality and performance
- Apply technical expertise to solve complex QA and automation challenges
- Work with Agile teams, participate in Scrum processes, and maintain version control using Git/SourceTree
Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical discipline (or equivalent work experience)
Key Skills
- Strong programming skills in C# and Python
- 1–5 years of experience in QA Automation (API, UI, or related automation)
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and troubleshooting automation test cases across environments
- Knowledge of Test Planning, Test Case Development, Test Execution, and Defect Management
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, TDD), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and version control systems (Git, SourceTree)
- Experience in desktop automation tools and Selenium
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Good to have: Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
