QA Architect

🔑 What You’ll Do

  • Architect scalable QA frameworks across UI, API, regression, performance & visual testing.
  • Drive automation strategy with AI-first tools integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor QA teams and champion best practices in intelligent test automation.
  • Define KPIs to measure automation ROI and defect leakage.

🛠️ What We’re Looking For


  • Engineering graduate/Masters
  • 10+ years in QA-Automation, 3+ years in an QA Architect role.
  • Hands-on expertise with 

    AI-driven testing platforms (Testim, Mabl, Katalon, Postman AI, TestSigma, Applitools, or BrowserStack)

    .
  • Strong programming skills (Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Playwright/Selenium/Cypress
  • Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) & containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

🌟 Nice to Have

  • Performance testing with AI analytics (JMeter, Gatling).
  • Security testing frameworks with AI-based vulnerability scanning.
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills.
