Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (manual + automation preferred).
Ability to design and execute functional, regression, UAT, and performance testing.
Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Trello, or similar).
Knowledge of SQL queries for backend data validation.
Basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Postman, JMeter) is an advantage.
Strong documentation skills to create clear and detailed test cases and reports.
Critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to reproduce/diagnose issues.
Experience: 1–3 years (exceptional freshers with solid projects may apply).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
Work Mode: On-site at our Surat office. (No remote option.)
Mindset: Proactive in identifying issues, collaborative, and willing to take ownership of quality.
Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and ERP applications.
Track, report, and document bugs using bug-tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues quickly.
Conduct sanity, regression, and integration testing before releases.
Ensure product quality by testing against functional and business requirements.
Support client-side UAT and create detailed QA documentation.
Exposure to live projects across product development, ERP solutions, and SaaS platforms.
Learn automation testing and advance towards QA Automation Engineer roles.
