Role Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled Python Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our in-house engineering team. You’ll play a critical role in building and scaling our core AI products — writing clean, efficient code and collaborating closely with our data scientists and AI engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based backend systems
• Work on API integrations, data pipelines, and AI model deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and architecture
• Optimize performance and scalability of services
• Write unit tests and maintain code documentation
• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in live environments

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on Python development experience
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, multithreading, and OOP concepts
• Experience with at least one Python web framework (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Django)
• Knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL), Docker, and version control (Git)
• Experience working with AI/ML pipelines is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Understanding of CI/CD practices
• Experience with voice or conversational AI projects
