About Us

About the Role

hands-on Python Developer with 4–6 years of experience

You’ll be working closely with AI engineers and product leads to build real-time systems, APIs, and scalable backend architecture that powers our voice AI platform.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend systems
Build and optimize APIs, backend pipelines, and real-time data workflows
Collaborate with AI/ML teams on model integration
Write clean, scalable, well-tested code
Debug, troubleshoot, and own features end to end
Ship fast, iterate faster

What We’re Looking For

4–6 years
of strong hands-on Python development experience
Solid understanding of REST APIs, OOP, and multithreading
Experience with
Flask, FastAPI
, or similar frameworks
Exposure to
AI/ML systems
, backend architecture, or real-time services
Hands-on with SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, Docker
Product mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Bonus If You Have

Worked on voice tech or conversational AI
Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
Experience in early-stage product scaling
