Operating in the IT Services & Staffing sector, delivering end-to-end software development and talent solutions to enterprise clients. We are recruiting a hands-on backend engineer to join a client-facing product team building scalable web applications.

Position:

Primary title: Python Developer | Location: India | Workplace: On-site

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a pragmatic Python Developer to build and maintain backend services and APIs for mission-critical web applications. You will work on end-to-end feature delivery—designing APIs, implementing business logic, integrating data stores, and ensuring quality through testing and observability. This is an on-site role based in India, collaborating closely with product, QA, and DevOps teams.Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks (Django/Flask).
Implement data models and queries for relational databases, optimize performance and ensure data integrity.
Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain high code quality standards.
Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps to deliver features, troubleshoot production issues, and deploy releases.
Integrate third-party services and APIs, manage authentication/authorization, and ensure secure data handling.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, observability (logging/metrics), and runbook creation for on-call support.

Qualifications
